Corporate events

The function people actually talk about on Monday

Casino-themed corporate evenings for Australian teams and their clients - structured enough to run to time, loose enough that nobody stands in a corner.

  • 20 to up to 350 guests
  • up to 6 hours
  • Weeknights and weekends
  • 18+ guest list

Who it suits

Built for a room that has to mix

A themed table does the work an open bar cannot: it gives people a reason to stand together, a shared thing to look at and a natural excuse to talk to someone two levels up or three departments across.

  • End-of-year and year-end functions
  • Client appreciation and partner evenings
  • Conference closers and gala dinners
  • Product launches and office openings
  • Sales kick-offs and incentive nights
  • Long-service and milestone celebrations
What is included

Everything that arrives with us

Tables

The right table mix

Roulette, blackjack and poker-style tables matched to your headcount, so no table sits empty and no queue forms. We confirm the mix after seeing your floor plan.

People

Croupiers and a floor host

One trained croupier per table, dressed to your dress code, plus a floor host who keeps the programme moving and briefs your venue team.

Chips

Symbolic chips, standings only

Guests receive an equal welcome stack of unmarked chips. Standings are tracked for fun and read out near the end. Nothing is bought in or cashed out.

Dressing

Room dressing and lighting notes

Table cloths, signage, chip trays and a lighting plan we hand to your venue so the room looks right in photographs as well as in person.

Plan

A written run sheet

Timings for doors, first deal, speeches, awards moment and last deal. Your events team gets the same document we work from.

Logistics

Delivery, set-up, pack-down

We load in early, test everything and pack down quietly after the last guest leaves. Loading dock requirements are confirmed in writing beforehand.

How the evening runs

A four-hour function, hour by hour

An example shape for 180 guests across three tables. Yours is written around your speeches, catering and venue curfew.

  1. Doors

Guests are welcomed, handed an equal chip stack and pointed at the blackjack table nearest the entrance - the quickest one to join.

  2. Build

All tables open. Hosts teach in short bursts, rotate attention and keep newcomers from hovering at the edge of the room.

  3. Peak

Your speeches or awards land at the natural midpoint. Tables pause, the room turns, then the floor restarts with a short standings read.

  4. Close

Last deal is called, final standings are announced and the pack-down begins while guests move on to the bar or home.

Why it clears the bar internally

A format that is easy to approve

It is entertainment, not gambling

No stakes, no payouts, no cash prizes and no betting of any kind. Guests play with symbolic chips that hold no monetary value, so there is nothing to win and nothing to lose. That is usually the first question your HR or risk team asks, and it is a short answer.

It is adults-only and offline

Every event is restricted to guests aged 18+ and runs entirely in person at your venue. There is no app, no account, no online casino component and no element that continues after the night ends.

It scales without chaos

We plan for up to 350 guests on one floor and staff to the table mix, so a larger function does not mean a longer queue. Running time is usually up to 6 hours.

It is documented

You receive a written concept, run sheet, staffing list and quote before anything is booked, plus certificates of currency and venue paperwork on request.
