Corporate casino evenings
End-of-year functions, client nights and conference closers that get a room of colleagues talking without a microphone in sight.
Corporate events18+ | Offline event entertainment | No real-money gambling | No betting | No cash prizes | No online casino
We build casino-themed evenings for adult audiences - full-size tables, trained croupiers, symbolic chips and a room that moves. Everything happens in person, in your venue, with nothing wagered and nothing to win but the night itself.
Symbolic chips only Guests play for standings and bragging rights. No stakes, no payouts, no cash at any table.
Each format is a complete production - tables, hosts, lighting plan, run sheet and pack-down. Choose one, or combine a few across a longer evening.

ProductionA good themed night is built from small things: a croupier who explains a hand in one sentence, a table at the right height, light that flatters a room full of people.
Off to the side of the tables we build a vintage corner: three or four restored mechanical slot machines from the 1950s to the 1970s, polished, warmly lit and set to free play. Guests take the handle, pull it, and watch the reels drop one at a time. Nothing is staked and nothing pays out - the only thing anybody walks away with is a photograph.
Cast frames, chrome levers and mechanical reels rather than a screen pretending to be one. The pull has weight, the stop is loud, and the sound is why a small queue forms at the slots within ten minutes of doors.
Coin entries are blanked and the payout mechanisms are removed before a machine ever reaches a venue. Nothing goes in, nothing comes out: no coins, no credits, no tickets, no cash. Each slot machine is a working prop, not a gaming machine.
Period signage, a bench and light built for portraits. Australian guests tend to call them pokies on sight, then spend five minutes explaining to someone else how a mechanical slot actually worked.
The slots corner sits inside any format on this page - a corporate evening, a private party, a VIP salon or a hire-only floor plan. It needs about two metres of wall, a power point for the lighting and a clear path for a trolley. See the slots corner in detail.
A short call about guest numbers, venue, timings and the feeling you want in the room. We ask about the floor plan early - it shapes everything.
You receive a written concept with table mix, staffing, a run sheet and a tailored quote. Pricing depends on event size, venue and chosen format.
We arrive early, set tables, dress the room, test lighting and brief your venue team. Guests walk into a finished space.
Hosts run the floor, explain each table in plain language and keep the pace up. We pack down quietly once the last guest leaves.
Client names are kept private. The briefs, formats and numbers are real.
Three tables across a converted warehouse, with a standings board and a short awards moment at the midpoint of the evening.
One premium table in a marquee, a seated poker-themed dinner either side of it and a host who kept the room in on the joke.
Two afternoon sessions with rotating groups, a facilitator debrief after each round and a closing summary for the leadership team.
Our people talk about that night more than any function we have run. The hosts carried the room, and nobody needed to know the rules beforehand.
Set-up was invisible and the pack-down was faster than our caterers. The tables looked far better in person than we expected.
I wanted the look of a classic evening without anything resembling gambling for my family. That is exactly what we got.
This is strictly offline event entertainment. There is no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, and no online casino service.
Guests receive symbolic chips or points with no monetary value. Nothing is bought in, nothing is cashed out, and standings exist only for the evening. Every event is restricted to guests aged 18+ and we never market to or depict minors.
Four details are enough to start: who you are, how to reach you, the kind of event and roughly when. We reply within one business day with availability and a concept outline.

No. Our events are offline entertainment built around casino-themed tables. Guests use symbolic chips or points with no monetary value, there are no stakes, no payouts and no cash prizes, and we do not operate any online casino service.
Not at all. Our croupiers teach each table in a sentence or two and keep newcomers comfortable. Most guests who hesitate at the start end up staying longest at the table.
We bring a vintage slots corner: restored mechanical slot machines you can pull the lever on, set to free play. They are not pokies in the regulated sense - the coin entries are blanked, the payout mechanisms are removed, and no slot on our floor awards credits, tickets, prizes or money. We do not supply modern electronic gaming machines of any kind.
We plan for up to 350 guests on a single floor, with the table mix and host numbers scaled to suit. Events usually run up to 6 hours.
Quoted on request. Pricing depends on event size, venue and chosen format, so we prepare a quote based on your bespoke event concept rather than a fixed list.
