Board and partner dinners
A structured evening that still allows real conversation between courses.
VIP & premium
Fewer guests. More evening.
For board dinners, investor evenings, exclusive private events and poker-themed dinners, where the measure of the night is service rather than scale.
The difference
Produced down to the detail you will never notice
At this size, nothing can be approximate. The table sits where the conversation wants it. The host knows which guests have met before. The lighting is warm enough for a long dinner and bright enough for photographs that do not need fixing.
- A dedicated host for every table, briefed on your guest list
- Premium table dressing, chip trays and card stock
- Personalised run sheet, rehearsed with your venue
- Discreet arrival and pack-down away from guest sightlines
- A single event manager as your contact all night
- Optional personalisation on chips, cards and signage
Poker-themed dinner
An evening paced around the table, not the buffet
Our most requested VIP format. Guests stay seated, play runs between courses, and the standings are read with dessert. Nothing is wagered at any point.
-
Arrival
Welcome drinks beside a dressed table, place cards set, equal symbolic chip stacks waiting at each setting.
-
First course
The host opens the table, teaches the format in plain language and keeps the first round deliberately slow.
-
Main
Play pauses for the main course and any speeches, then restarts with the room already warmed up.
-
Dessert
Final round, standings read aloud, a small presentation if you want one - and the table clears without fuss.
Occasions
Where this format earns its place
Investor and client evenings
A reason to sit together for three hours that is not another presentation.
Exclusive private events
Significant birthdays and anniversaries for a short, considered guest list.
Incentive and recognition nights
Recognition evenings for a small group, with the awards moment built into the run sheet.
On discretion
We do not photograph guests for our own use, we do not publish client names, and our staff are briefed to keep the guest list confidential. Any photography on the night is yours or your venue's.
Clear boundaries
What a premium night does not include
No stakes of any kind
Symbolic chips and points only, with no monetary value, no buy-in and no cash-out. There are no cash prizes and no betting - the standings exist for the evening and nothing else.
No online component
The entire experience is offline and in person. There is no app, no account, no online casino service and nothing that continues once the night is over. Guests must be aged 18+.
