Croupiers
One per table. Trained on our equipment, able to teach a complete newcomer in a sentence and keep a round moving without rushing anybody.

Floor plan to pack-down: production management, professional croupiers and hosts, and branded chips, tables, cards and photo zones produced in your palette.
Production is logistics and judgement: where the tables go so the room fills evenly, when the speeches land so the floor does not die afterwards, how early we bump in so the caterers are not working around us.
A table with a dull host is furniture. We hire for presence first and train the technical side properly afterwards.

They watch the room rather than a table: moving guests who are hovering, opening a second table when a queue starts, signalling the run sheet.
Optional. For welcomes, standings reads and awards moments, in a register matched to your audience rather than a game-show voice.
Your single contact from brief to pack-down, on site all night and reachable in the weeks before it.
Staff receive your dress code, guest-list sensitivities, pronunciation notes and the house rule that nothing is wagered at any table.
Staff lists, insurance certificates and venue paperwork supplied before bump-in, in your format if you have one.
Produced in your colours, with a deliberate rule: symbolic chips carry no denominations and nothing on the floor suggests monetary value.
Your logo, a date or a milestone pressed into unmarked symbolic chips. No numbers, no values, no currency marks.
Cloths and layouts in your palette, plus edge signage and chip trays that match the rest of your event dressing.
Custom card backs and boxes. Guests tend to pocket one, which is usually the point.
A framed corner built for portraits rather than selfies: considered lighting, a clean backdrop and a prop table nobody has to be talked into using.
Branded chips and printed card stock need roughly three to four weeks from artwork approval. Table dressing and signage need two. If your date is closer than that, we will tell you what is still achievable rather than promise everything.
No cash, no vouchers presented as winnings, no buy-in, no cash-out and no denominations on chips. Standings are recorded for the evening and then discarded. There is no betting and there are no cash prizes.
We do not supply or imitate slot or poker machines, we do not display odds or betting screens, and we do not dress a room to look like a gambling venue. The reference is a formal evening, not a gaming floor.
Share the venue, the date and what you already have booked. We will tell you what production support the night actually needs.
